Server Watch: 24/7 monitoring of server hardware and critical applications. The plan also includes keeping all the Microsoft patches and critical updates current on your server. Monthly reporting, Anti-virus monitoring, and backup monitoring is also included to make sure your server stays up and running. We make sure your server stays online and available for production. We also perform system maintenance as needed such as defragmenting the hard drive, flushing system caches, and clearing temporary files. Includes unlimited remote support and IT consulting.

Server Care: Includes all of the Server Watch services. Plus unlimited 9×5 technical support, quarterly business reviews, and asset tracking. If we find a problem with your server we will start working on it right away and the remote support needed to solve the problem is included as part of the plan. Includes unlimited remote / onsite support and IT consulting.

PC Watch: 24/7 monitoring of PC hardware. The plan also includes keeping all the Microsoft patches and critical updates current on your computer eliminating the risk of any new Internet based threats attacking your computer. Monthly reporting, Anti-virus monitoring, and spyware monitoring is included. We make sure your PC stays online and available for your use. Includes unlimited remote support and IT consulting.

PC Care: Includes all of the PC Watch services. Plus unlimited 9×5 technical support, quarterly business reviews, and asset tracking. Whether you have a user in your corporate office or traveling abroad we can remote into the PC and provide immediate help desk technical support from our Network Operations Center. Includes unlimited remote / onsite support and IT consulting.

Managed AVG Anti-Virus: We use a state of the art AVG Anti-Virus Server Engine in our data center to ensure your computers and servers stay virus free. The package also includes spyware removal, virus removal, and reporting. We will send you a monthly report indicating all of the prevented attacks. You will never have to worry about purchasing anti-virus renewals or deploying updates again! We provide all the support, software, and updates.

Managed SonicWALL Firewall: We deploy SonicWALL firewalls with powerful security inspection engines. Our fully managed SonicWALL firewall program includes hardware, warranty, support, updates, intrusion prevention, content filtering, gateway anti-spyware /anti-virus, monitoring, and reporting. You will have the ability to monitor your employee’s history on the Internet as well as block unwanted website content.

Backup Disaster Recovery Appliance: These appliances have standby server capabilities, very frequent backups, multiple restore points, seamless off-site data storage, bare-metal restorations to dissimilar hardware, and advanced restoration options such as file & folder restorations and Exchange message & mailbox recovery.

Managed SonicWALL Anti-SPAM Appliance: We can deploy and manage a gateway level appliance at the perimeter of your network to keep out unwanted SPAM email. The appliance keeps your production server from processing bad email. The plan includes hardware, warranty, support, and updates. The appliances are tailored around the number of email users. Best used in Exchange environments with more than (25) users. Cost is based on numbers of users.

Block Hours: We have the traditional block hour agreements to cover any un-managed or onsite support or consulting services needed at a discounted rate. Our block hour contracts are offered in blocks of 15, 25, 50, and 100 hours.
